Why Am I So Stressed?

2 Corinthians 4:8-10 “We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.”

stressGod really is aware of our emotional and physical troubles. How we handle our stress is what makes us as believers different than non-believers. What defines us is not whether we feel stress. That is inevitable.

What we do with that stress determines the depth and success of our transformation.
For example, there are many who are qualified to fill the office of President. But there are few who are capable of withstanding the stress of the job.

stress2Find peace in the presence of God. We are still Ambassadors of Christ. In Christ, we have become new and eternal spiritual beings.

I know Jesus is aware of and cares about you today and the troubles that await you tomorrow. Rest in the comfort that He cares for you.

Have a blessed day!
